Our team coaching model has been following the model of team diagnostics a method that is based on the latest findings in the field of emotional intelligence, positive psychology, as well as the most up-to-date academic research. Our attitude to team coaching is predominantly based on a system theory and abundant illustrious research of the world’s renowed experts - namely Marita Fridjhon MSW, CPCC, PCC, and Faith Fuller PhD, CPCC, founders of the Center for Right Relationship and authors of a globally acknowledged coaching course — Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).

Target group

In line with our model of team coaching the teams are defined by their targets. The method is applicable at its best in a team consisting of 3-12 members, whereas in teams consisting of more members the definition of sub-teams should be contemplated. For the time being the team diagnostics is available in the English version, the slovak and czech versions are being translated.
